Just like we go to the gym to increase our physical fitness, we now understand neuroplasticity enables us to effectively use tools to increase our mental fitness and emotional mastery. Clear, structured insight and tools for daily practice.
This program is designed for busy people who want to sleep better, live better, lead better, have better relationship with self, others and circumstance.
Most attempts at positive change fail because we stop at insight and don’t build habits. Sustained change towards a more positive mind requires laying down neural pathways to form new habits through consistent daily practice.
Negative emotions are only meant as a warning, originating from our limbic or survivor brain, to keep us safe.
Unfortunately, over time most of us have developed patterns that make us over think, judge, and doubt. Giving us feelings of guilt, fear, frustration, hopelessness, self-doubt and anger. If you are finding yourself ruminating in negative thoughts or in any form of judgement of self, circumstances or others, you are using precious energy that would be better used in other areas and ways in your life.
In fact some of these judgements are so sneaky that we may not even be noticing them and instead labelling them as conscientious, diligent, driven, friendly, helpful, cautious. “I like things to be done right.” I just want them to be the best they can be.” “If I don’t do it, it won’t get done.” “If I say no, they will feel unsupported.”
In this 8-week program we are going to level up your leadership, communication and conflict management techniques, so you can lead with confidence, address situations with clarity and compassion. Build your team, relationships and business in the direction you want, no more over-analysing, second guessing yourself or waking at 3am, overthinking the previous or next day’s tasks or challenges.
Drawing on both strategy and your own head game, you will gain simple, fast and practical tools. These tools are proven, effective and with compound effect you will start to retrain your brain to minimise disempowering thought patterns and anchor empowering ones.
- 3.5hrs – 5 hrs per week. 3 – 4.4% of your waking hours – assuming you sleep 8 hours each night.
